INFORMATION FOR GRANTING OF FREE PRATIQUE BEFORE BERTHING
Please note, that Odessa Port Authority and Odessa Oil Terminal is trying
to implement granting of Free Pratique - before berthing.
In this case we need to receive from you stamped/signed and scanned copies
of the following documents:
...Please do not fill up the date in below documents!...
- crew list;
- passengers list (if any);
- port of call list;
- narcotic list;
- nil list;
- provision list;
- vaccination list;
- ballast reporting form;
- preliminary cargo plan.
Also please send us scanned copies of the following ship certificates:
- sanitary exemption certificate;
- certificate of medical chest;
- garbage prevention pollution certificate;
- sewage prevention pollution certificate;
All above need in 1 copy.
Also pls find attached General & Cargo declarations, which we ask you
to check, sign it, put a stamp, and send it back to us.
